Describe your business in a few words.

After having the opportunity to support the growth of a private locally
owned Engineering Consulting firm for over 8 years, I have cultivated my
passion for building great companies with great people. I am on a mission
to provide small and medium-sized businesses with access to HR services
and practical strategies that can elevate their operations and teams.

What inspired you to start your business?

Observing other amazing entrepreneurs that are living their best lives and who are in their flow.

Biggest lesson you’ve learned since starting your business.

I have needed to draw on a lot of internal strength, resilience, determination, and discipline. Each day requires something different from you to keep moving forward. It can sometimes feel like a lonely journey unless you make an effort to surround yourself with other like-minded individuals.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I love being around friends and family when I have free time. Whether it’s over dinner, playing board games or camping. As long as I am surrounded by my awesomeness I am very content and happy. If you throw some beersbie in the mix I am over the moon!

Favorite thing about coworking:

Having a community that supports you as you endeavor to grow your business
and having the opportunity to support others back.

How would you describe coworking to somebody?

A flexible workspace that has an awesome supportive community that will grow with you as your business develops.
