Describe your business in a few words.

With its unique approach, Cooptalis develops and executes talent mobility projects for companies all over the world

What inspired you to start your business?

Didn't start the business myself :) the 2 co-founders were inspired by the struggle French companies were going through to find talents (employees) in IT. They wanted to solve that issue, and international recruitment (+immigration & relocation) was a solution.

Cécile is a remote worker.

One interesting or fun fact about you or your business.

We started in France in 2013 - now we have 16 branches in 10 different countries, and made €45 millions in revenue in 2019.

Biggest lesson you’ve learned since starting your business.

Always adapt your business to your clients - don't ever take anything for granted because companies (and their needs) grow and evolve faster than you think.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Kickboxing, drinking beer, hanging out with loved ones :)

Favorite thing about coworking:

The community for sure! (and the fact that it's not Downtown)

How would you describe coworking to somebody?

Coworking means having an office without the drawbacks, and meeting potential clients/partners and friends!
